Explore the wonder of nature in the middle of urban Los Angeles!
In collaboration with a local social worker, we are pleased to present a mindfulness walk in the Freshwater Marsh. The social worker and an expert docent will lead you through the Ballona Discovery Park and Freshwater Marsh, where you’ll learn about its history and ecology while learning some mindfulness exercises. Enjoy all the special and unique native plants as you journey through different habitats. You might even meet some of the local wildlife.
